Columbus - IT Support Technician

ROLE: IT Support Technician

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the support of computer, telecommunications and Point of Sale hardware and software. Perform daily system status checks on UPS, servers, firewalls, and switches.  Candidate must be trustworthy, organized, and willing to work hard.  Candidate would need to be able to multitask and be capable prioritizing tasks in the most necessary order of completion.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  College degree or some college preferred, but not required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 years of experience in this field preferred, but not required. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift up to approximately 25 lbs and sometimes up to 50 lbs if moving equipment. Employee will be required to make and run cable at times, so he/she will need to be able to stand on ladders and crawl under desks, and possibly function in other tight spaces as needed. For the most part, employee will be functioning in an office environment and working at a desk with his/her computer.

Columbus - Heavy Duty Wrecker Driver

Job Title: Heavy Duty Wrecker Operator/ Driver

Department: Service

JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to Service Manager or designated manager, responsible for the efficient and safe pick up and delivery of customer vehicles to required destination.  Operate truck in a safe and legal manner in compliance with safety regulations. Perform all duties assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.  Must know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed at all times.

 RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:
Provide prompt and courteous service both in person and on the phone.  Maintain a professional appearance and neat work environment consistent with company policy.

Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention from all employees.

Be familiar with the procedures for handling all aspects of wrecker equipment.

Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner.  Advise the Manager or Supervisor immediately of all serious complaints or incidents.

Interact with customers to verify vehicle information, condition of vehicle, etc.

Complete condition report as required by customer to complete paperwork related to the pick up and delivery function in an efficient and accurate manner.

Load and unload vehicles safely and free of damage.

Operate truck in compliance with safety regulations.

Assure good operating condition of equipment and facilities. Advise the Manager or Supervisor of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately.

Natchez - Parts Sales

JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to Parts Manager or designated manager, responsible for the selling of parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers, interact with the dealership Service Department, and maintain the highest level of customer service. Individual must be able to multitask.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
(1) Year of retail: parts counter, auto repair, or service advisor

Computer literate

High school graduate or equivalent

ADP experience; electronic parts catalog a plus

Provide prompt and courteous service both in person and on the phone.  Maintain a professional appearance and neat work environment consistent with company policy.

Good working knowledge of Parts and Service Department

Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient, and courteous attention.
