Since our grandfather, Ray M. Waters, Sr., founded the company in 1938; Waters Truck & Tractor has worked diligently to serve our customers. Our goal is always to be the best at whatever we do.

Each year International Truck and Engine Company evaluates each of its 400 dealers in the U.S. and Canada. This dealer organization provides over 1000 outlets to serve our mutual customers. Those dealers that reach a specific score are selected to the International "Circle of Excellence." We are proud of the fact that only three other dealers can say they have won the "Circle Of Excellence" award more times than we have. We intend to always remain at the very top of the list.
